Vintage Ornate Solid Brass Oval Frame, Baroque Rococo Style, Hollywood Regency

This vintage solid brass oval frame has a crown of scrolls and a fleur-de-lis style finial at the top, with more openwork scrolls at the sides and bottom. A beaded edge and a layered leaf pattern surround the opening, and the dark patina settles into the detail so the gold highlights stand out. It is open in the center with no glass or backing, so you can fit your own mirror, artwork, photo, or fabric. It suits Hollywood Regency, baroque, traditional, and glam decor, and works well on a gallery wall, over a vanity, or in an entryway. Part of our vintage finds collection.

Condition: vintage patina and light wear to the finish.
