Vintage Daher Tin, Brass Knob Lid, Orange Chinoiserie Canister, Made in England

This charming vintage Daher tin is covered in a vibrant orange and gold chinoiserie pattern, with white panels of blossoms, blue buds, and flowering branches. A round brass-toned knob tops the lid, which sits neatly over the gently curved body. The underside is stamped "Designed by Daher, Long Island N.Y., Made in England." Use it in the kitchen for tea, biscuits, or pantry staples, or leave it out as a colorful shelf accent. Part of our vintage finds collection. The lid rim shows some paint wear and tarnish, and the base has darkened patina with a few rust spots, which is typical of age.
